Unlike aerators, the Aera-Vator does not produce core plugs. The Aerea-Vator fractures the soil beneath the sod without disturbing the turf on the surface. There is no plug clean-up and the turf is immediately ready for use after treatment.

The combination of the Ventrac Aera-Vator and associated Seed Box is great for repairing sports turf – like those compacted spots in front of the soccer goals. Add the seeder box and you can overseed at the same time as aera-vating. The Seed Box holds 2.5 cubic feet of seed.
